Pick up a pen and paper and transport yourself to a world of imagination where you can go anywhere you choose.

This day is designed as an immersive experience, inviting you to get into your flow and tap into your creativity in a facilitated, supportive setting.

Weekend Retreat - Mindful Living

28th - 31st May 2021

A 3-day getaway in the picturesque Trossachs to relax and restore mind, body, and soul.

Expect a warm welcome from a supportive and friendly group, hosted by an experienced coach, facilitator, and meditation teacher. 

We will explore various aspects of Mindful Living including meditations, NLP (neuro linguistic programming), coaching, creative activities, mindful walking, mindful eating, and some free time each day to explore the surrounding countryside.
