+ Coaching to unlock potential, build resilience, overcome challenges, and create a better balance. I restrict numbers to small groups to give more opportunities to work directly with participants.
+ Reflective writing - I will share my experiences of writing approaches which have added great insights and depth to my personal and professional development.
+ Laughter yoga with Morag Wylie, an experienced therapist and teacher who aims to bring more joy, energy, and health benefits
