These events run online and in-person 2-3 times per year.

Join us at this special day of learning and exploration through the mind, body and senses....sights, sounds, and sensations, scents of nature on a summer's day (weather permitting!), and even taste!


Gain experience in using proven techniques to improve your focus, find ways to de-stress, boost your resilience and wellbeing, and learn how it can improve your physical health too.



• Understand what Mindfulness is (and isn’t!), and the science-based benefits of regular meditation practice

• Experience a range of meditation techniques and learn the background to each

• Discover ways to be more mindful through all the senses, using the surroundings to deepen your experience

• Enjoy hobbies and activities even more

• Learn to be more mindful so you can enjoy each moment and find greater peace of mind, being able to switch off from the distractions of everyday life

• Explore practical ways to build in regular practice and continue learning, for long term health and wellbeing

Join me for an insightful and inspiring introduction to mindfulness, meditation and NLP (neuro linguistic programming) with background, theory and principles which are accessible, effective, and practical.

Enjoy being guided through silent coaching activities and meditations, to feel uplifted, energised, and connected.

Understand how and why re react to experiences and how to pause and respond in resourceful ways to bring out the best in yourself and others.
